| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling DELIVERIES IN THE UK ONLY Delivery in the UK is sent by Royal Mail or Courier. Our economy charges are as follows: Orders up to - £14.99 = £2.95 carriage. £15.00 - £74.99 = £4.95 carriage and free economy carriage for orders over £75.00. Priority shipping on all orders is £6.95 Your delivery charge will be calculated when you go to the checkout, where you will have the option to accept the total charge, before your order is confirmed. Certain area's of the UK (e.g. Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland) may require an extra carriage fee for some large or heavy items. You will be contacted to agree the excess carriage charge before we process your order. If the automatic charge calculations are deemed excessive, we will reduce the shipping charge manually before charging you for the order. This reduction is solely at our discretion. |

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Many items on the web site are not currently in stock but are expected on our next stock delivery. Some items are special order from the manufacturer. |

| Returns Policy Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will then issue a returns number and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate to that particular item. The customer has seven days to return any unwanted item at their own expense. Returned items will not be accepted, if they are not received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the unusual event of an item being returned, the customer will be refunded, less any carriage charge paid. If the item has been sent by us, using our promotional free carriage and you wish to return it, we will deduct £10.00 postage & packaging charge from your refund. Obviously, some pieces cannot be exchanged with an identical product due to ever changing stock levels. Common sense will prevail in any instance of this nature. |
